    Conditions.
  2. Eligibility
    - Users must be at least 18 years old
    - Valid identity and financial details are required for credit approval
  3. Credit Limit Policy
    - Users may receive a credit limit ranging from ₹70,000 to ₹2,00,000
    - Approval is subject to internal verification
    - WorldEMI reserves the right to approve or reject any application
  4. Usage of Credit
    - Credit can only be used on the WorldEMI platform
    - Purchases must remain within the approved limit
  5. Processing Charges
    - A minimum file/processing charge will be applied on each purchase
  6. Order & Delivery
    - Orders will be delivered within 14 days from order confirmation
    - Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances
  7. Payment Terms
    - EMI payments must be made on time
    - Late payments may result in penalties or account suspension
  8. Cancellation Policy
    - Orders can be canceled before dispatch
    - Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible
  9. Limitation of Liability
    WorldEMI is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the platform.
